A GREAT book! It's educational and motivational

A GREAT book! It's educational and motivational. There's a lot of information but it's presented in such a way that it's an enjoyable read and doesn't seem overwhelming. It's a MUST READ to fully understand how the body works and why it's so important that we eat right and exercise. But it's NOT a diet book at all. It's a "way of life" book. I immediately bought one for my daughter after I finished reading it. If you're a woman, you'll love this book. I'm just an ordinary 40 something woman, so I'm not affiliated in any way with this book. I just was impressed with it and think it's a fantastic read and makes for a good gift also!

A good book but missing the thing that makes you not want to put a book down

I am a fan of Cameron Diaz and her work on screen. It is very clear that she is well disciplined in the area of her health and fitness. I am always interested in new information on the topic of health and the science behind eating right as it motivates me to do so. Maybe I have read too many books on the subject but I would have probably enjoyed this book more is it was one of the first that I had read. Not much of a new spin on the topic if you are well versed. I did enjoy it but found it more difficult to stay interested in than I had hoped.

Cameron Diaz Knocks One Out Of The Park !!

Although this book is directed toward female readers as a male i learned more from this book then anything else i have previously read. This book is easy to read, I'll tell you i felt like i was talking to Cameron. Here's the kicker this book is not just a diet or exercise book this book explains why we should do what is recommended and explains how the body reacts to these changes.I have recommended it to my friends even bought one for my sister!
